QConnect subscription terms

Provider

QConnect is provided by Mayerson Estates Ltd, company number 13618837, registered office New Burlington House, 1075 Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW11 0PU.

Service

QConnect provides controlled software workflows involving authorised QuickBooks Online companies and Excel workbooks. Features may produce proposals, classifications or information requiring customer review.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their books, records, filings, payments, payroll, professional advice, user access and approval decisions. QConnect is not a substitute for an accountant, tax adviser or solicitor.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Published limits apply to companies, users and automation executions. QConnect will not impose automatic usage overages without customer agreement. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law or an agreed enterprise contract requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Customers must use lawful data, maintain permissions, protect access credentials and avoid attempts to bypass isolation, controls, limits or security.

Availability and changes

The final terms will state support, availability, change-control, liability, indemnity, governing-law and dispute provisions after legal review.
