Information processed

Depending on configuration, QConnect may process account identity, organisation and entity profiles, QuickBooks records and identifiers, Excel workbooks, approvals, audit events, workflow outcomes, support records, subscription status and usage measurements.

Purposes

Information is processed to provide and secure the service, connect authorised systems, execute approved workflows, maintain auditability, support customers, administer subscriptions, improve explainable recommendations and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and subprocessors

The final notice will identify relevant providers and purposes, including hosting, QuickBooks connectivity, payment processing, communications and monitoring. QConnect does not sell customer accounting data.

Retention and rights

Retention is configurable within legal and operational limits. Authorised users must be able to inspect, correct, export and request deletion of remembered information. Legal obligations, disputes and security requirements may require limited retention.

International transfers and safeguards

The final notice will document hosting locations, subprocessors and applicable transfer safeguards before live processing.
