Authorised QConnect users must be able to inspect, correct and export organisational memory and request deletion according to role, retention and legal controls.

Request channel

Send requests to support@getqconnect.com. Identity and authority over the relevant organisation or entity must be verified before disclosure or deletion.

What deletion means

Deletion removes data eligible for deletion from active systems and scheduled backups according to the published retention process. Certain audit, security, dispute, tax or legal records may need to be retained for a defined period.

QuickBooks disconnect

Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future API access but is distinct from deleting QConnect records. Customers can request both actions.
